Step 1: Registered Apprenticeship Program
JM Healthcare Solutions serves as a Registered Apprenticeship sponsor, helping individuals prepare for healthcare administration careers through structured training and workforce development opportunities.
Step 2: CPC Apprenticeship Pathway
Follow a CPC Apprenticeship Pathway designed to build medical coding knowledge, industry skills, professional readiness, and preparation for nationally recognized coding credentials.
Step 3: Related Technical Instruction (RTI)
Complete Related Technical Instruction (RTI) through JM Healthcare Solutions, including coding, billing, compliance, healthcare administration, and other career-focused educational content.
Step 4: Paid On-the-Job Training (OJT)
Gain valuable hands-on experience through paid On-the-Job Training (OJT) with a participating employer, applying classroom learning in a real healthcare workplace setting daily.
Step 5: Apprentice & Employer Responsibilities
Apprentices commit to training, coursework, professionalism, and skill development, while employers provide supervision, mentorship, structured learning opportunities, and workplace experience.
Step 6: Express Your Interest
Students interested in apprenticeship opportunities can submit an inquiry, speak with a JM representative, and explore available employer partnership opportunities and career pathways.
