JM Healthcare Solutions grew from JM Solutions Consulting LLC, with roots in healthcare consulting, revenue cycle management, billing, coding, credentialing, and healthcare administration.
As the organization expanded, its focus grew to include healthcare education and workforce training, combining industry knowledge, certification preparation, practical learning, and career readiness.
Today, JM Healthcare Solutions is an Indiana Eligible Training Provider, AAPC Licensed Education Provider, Workforce Ready Grant recognized provider, and U.S. Department of Labor Registered Apprenticeship Sponsor, creating pathways from training to credentialing, apprenticeship, and employment.

Jacinta is a healthcare professional with a passion for delivering unparalleled customer satisfaction. With over 20 years of experience in both administrative and clinical aspects of healthcare, Jacinta is the driving force behind JM Healthcare Solutions.
Throughout her career, Jacinta has held various roles, including a full-time accounts representative for a prominent health system. It is during this time that she honed her skills in medical billing and coding, witnessing firsthand the inefficiencies that plague the reimbursement process. This eye-opening experience fueled Jacinta's determination to make a difference and improve the healthcare landscape.
Jacinta's expertise extends far beyond her administrative prowess. She holds a multitude of certifications in clinical and administrative positions, ranging from pediatrics to geriatrics. This diverse background enables her to enhance the quality of her services by empathizing with the frustrations providers face, particularly concerning EHR systems and revenue cycle management. Driven by her desire to uplift others in the healthcare industry, Jacinta currently serves as the Member Development Officer for the South Bend Local Chapter of the American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC).
In addition to her consulting services, she takes immense pride in offering instructor-led courses in Anatomy, Medical Terminology, Pathophysiology, and Medical Billing and Coding.
